Super7 have released a complete set of 6 human(oid) characters in the popular 3.75 inch ReAction figure range. Now available is Ripley, Newt, android Bishop along with Colonial Marines pvt. Hudson, pvt. Vasquez and cpl. Hicks. You can purchase these items now, either individually or as a set of 6, directly from Super7’s web store, along with other ALIENS stuff. This looks like a great, well rounded set with each character having at least one accessory, except for Bishop. A duct taped pair of weapons is included with Ripley, Newt has her doll’s head Casey and the marines each carry their signature weapons; and in the cases of Hicks and Hudson a pair of helmets to match. In lieu of any weapons or helmets Bishop has a unique pull apart action feature.

I love that Bishop figure, it’s marvelous stuff!  Especially if you have been lucky enough to purchase the ReAction ALIENS 3 pack from a few years ago which features the Queen Alien along with an alternate sculpt of Ripley and the powerloader. That’s some promising 3.75 inch scale carnage on offer now as you can re-enact the climactic end scene of ALIENS where the Queen Alien tears Bishop in half.

Cue well overused “Queen takes Bishop” chess gag, now.
