Way back in prehistoric times (1979) and before the days of the internet, Hollywood costume maker Ben Cooper Inc released their very weird Halloween costume for children as part of the marketing of the movie, ALIEN. It comprised of a vacform face mask and printed smock. NECA have revealed a tribute figure of this costume as part of their San Diego Comic Con 2024 preview. TOYARK have posted an image gallery  featuring the upcoming figure including the costume.
This item appears to be in the 7 inch scale and comparable in size to other figures in NECA’s exceptionally popular Reel Toys range. The original 1979 Ben Cooper ALIEN costume and mask set is now a rare and sort after collector’s item. It was also celebrated in miniature form some years back on ALIEN DAY, 2018 as a collectible mini mask by Fright Rags.
