It’s a box. With nothing on it. So? So what..? What’s the big deal with that, then?
That’s what makes it so special. Such blank unprinted boxes were made in 1979 for testing purposes by Kenner. About 8 of these blank boxes are known to have survived. Considering the action figure can sell for upwards of $400 when present in a normal retail box and they are easy to acquire the absolute scarcity of this blank package and its relationship to the figure prior to it being released to retail makes this item special.
